I’m a Human Resources professional with a passion for small businesses and PEOPLE! After 15 years working in the corporate world, I’m excited to spend more time helping small businesses build a foundation for a productive and thriving business! I have worked in multiple industries, small and large companies, and I have experience in diverse areas of Human Resources including: recruiting, on boarding, compensation and benefits, policy development, process development, performance management, discipline, coaching, employee development and training, workplace investigations and compliance. 

A little more about me….born and raised in Texas and graduated from Baylor University! I live in sunny Colorado and absolutely love being outdoors. I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, and being active with my family!
